Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our contact form within 30 days of your purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Safely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the glass bottles are protected, and include a note with your order number and RMA inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit back to our facility.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
